Rebecca Teixeira and Emily Wensberg win Infinite Mile Awards

Infinite Mile Awards are given annually by the School of Science in recognition of exceptional staff members.

Rebecca Teixeira, Senior Administrative Assistant in the Chemistry Education office, and Emily Wensberg, Administrative Assistant to Professors Mohammad Movassaghi, Brad Pentelute, and Tim Swager, have been named winners of 2020 Infinite Mile Awards from the School of Science.

Given annually, Infinite Mile Awards are given to staff members who go the extra mile and beyond to make MIT a better place. The winners are selected from a pool of outstanding researchers and staff who were nominated for their exceptional contributions to the community.

The recipients will receive a monetary award in addition to being honored at a celebratory reception, along with their peers, family and friends, and the recipients of the 2020 Infinite Kilometer Award this spring.
