Alison Wendlandt Promoted to Associate Professor without Tenure

Wendlandt's promotion will go into effect on July 1, 2023.

Professor Alison Wendlandt, currently the Green Career Development Assistant Professor of Chemistry, has been promoted to Associate Professor without Tenure, effective July 1, 2023.

Wendlandt received her B.S. from the University of Chicago, her M.S. from Yale University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University, she joined the MIT Chemistry faculty in 2018. Research in the Wendlandt Group focuses on the development of selective, catalytic reactions using the tools of organic/organometallic synthesis and physical organic chemistry.
