Cognos is a tool used to generate reports for assisting primarily with post-award administration. Some helpful reports can be found below. Data displayed is based on your roles authorizations unless otherwise noted.
PI Balance for Current Month: The PI Balances for Current Month report shows the balance for all cost objects under the same supervisor for the current month.
Balance for Previous Month: The Balance for Previous Month report shows the balance for all cost objects for the previous month.
Salary Distribution by Cost Object: The Salary Distribution by Cost Object report lets you search by fiscal period, and either PI or cost object, to view salary distributions for individuals paid from the cost objects selected.
Salary Distribution by Person: The Salary Distribution by Person report lets you search by fiscal period and individual name to view salary distributions for that person.
List of All PI Accounts: The Supervisor Report shows a list of detailed information for all cost objects for a particular PI, regardless of roles authorizations.
