Guadalupe Hayes-Mota recognized as Top Leader by Endpoint News

Hayes-Mota (SB '08) is one of 15 individuals recognized as top leaders, giving voice and visibility to the LGBTQ+ community in biopharma.

Guadalupe Hayes-Mota (SB ’08, SM Engineering Systems ’16, MBA ’16), CEO of Healr Solutions, has been recognized by Endpoint News as one of 15 individuals giving voice and visibility to the LGBTQ+ community in biopharma.

Hayes-Mota, a member of the Department of Chemistry’s Undergraduate Class of 2008, has served the Institute in a number of ways since graduation. The MIT Alumni Association awarded him the prestigious Margaret L. A. MacVicar Award last year. In addition, he re-founded and served as President of the MIT LBGT+ Alumni Association Board, and was named a Practitioner by the MIT PKG Public Service Center. In this role, Hayes-Mota teaches MIT students through seminars, lectures, and mentorship about public service.
