Department of Chemistry Welcomes Brittany Balocca to its Staff
Brittany joins the Department of Chemistry as its Human Resources Administrator.
The Department of Chemistry is pleased to welcome Brittany Balocca to the staff as its Human Resources Administrator.
“I am so thrilled to come on board to such a warm and welcoming environment and have enjoyed meeting folks all throughout the department and MIT at large,” said Balocca. “I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and supporting the incredible work being done here in Chemistry.”
Balocca earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Holyoke College, and comes to the department after spending over 12 years in Human Resources within the Cambridge Public School system. She brings with her a breadth of experience in employee relations, operations, change management, and workplace planning.
