- Education Office Leadership: As the leader of the Chemistry Education Office team, I direct all aspects of the department’s graduate and undergraduate programs.
- Advising: I provide expert guidance to students, faculty, and staff on degree programs and departmental policies for both graduate and undergraduate students.
- Graduate Admissions & Recruitment: I work with the Admissions Committee and other staff on the graduate admissions process and recruitment.
- Student Support & Advocacy: To ensure that students have the support they need, I am available to discuss academic and personal challenges. This includes collaborating with S3 and Grad Support and referring students to on-campus resources.
- Progress Tracking: To help students stay on their intended path toward graduation, I audit their degree requirements and milestones.
- Teaching Fellow Management: I oversee Teaching Fellow (TF) assignments, training, procedures, and responsibilities to ensure high-quality instructional support.
