- International Support: Chemistry HR manages all visa processing for faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and visiting researchers to ensure a smooth transition to the department.
- Appointment Management: The team oversees the full range of faculty and researcher transactions, including hires, extensions, salary adjustments, and title changes.
- Arrival & Departure Coordination: Chemistry HR handles the onboarding and offboarding process for postdocs and research staff, ensuring all paperwork is handled efficiently.
- Administrative Verification: If a laboratory member finds themselves in need of affiliation confirmation letters or Kerberos account extensions, Chemistry HR can provide both to help maintain seamless system access.
