Daniel received his S.B. Degree from the Department of Chemistry in 2015.
I loved the emphasis on undergraduate research in the MIT Chemistry experience. I joined Professor Lippard’s lab in my first year and worked there throughout my four years at MIT. This was unquestionably the most valuable part of my undergraduate education. I learned an incredible amount of science, got to know many extremely creative and brilliant graduate students and post-docs, and had the unique opportunity to engage in some of the most cutting edge and advanced research in the entire field of chemistry. This experience encouraged me to pursue an MD-PhD, and I still use many of the technical and scientific skills I developed at MIT in my ongoing day-to-day work.
