Department of Chemistry Welcomes Spring with Fourth Annual Ice Cream Social
Faculty, Staff, Students, and Postdocs enjoyed make your own sundaes at the Spring Celebration on May 15, 2019.
On May 15, 2019, the Department of Chemistry hosted its fourth annual Spring Celebration for all members of the chemistry community. Students, Postdocs, Staff, and Faculty convened in the Lobby of Building 18, where they were served scoops of ice cream and provided with assorted toppings and desserts to fashion their own sundaes. Members of the chemistry community enjoyed their treats and socialized with one another, taking a welcomed afternoon break. Funded in part by a School of Science Quality of Life Grant, the Spring Celebration has become a much anticipated and always well-attended affair within the Department of Chemistry.
