Undergraduate Career Resources

MIT provides a number of resources to assist undergraduates in planning their professional careers after MIT.  Students interested in applying to careers following completion of their undergraduate degree should consult the career counselors at MIT's Global Education and Career Development (GECD). Many companies, including those recruiting chemists or students with strong backgrounds in chemistry, recruit on campus during the fall semester. Many also actively recruit for competetive summer internships. Students are encouraged to make an appointment with GECD to discuss applying for jobs, interview techniques, and resume advice during the spring of their junior year if they plan to apply for positions during their senior year at MIT.
